Complaints Procedure
We are sorry to hear you experienced problems during your stay at Aphrodites Group. Please allow us to put this right by contacting our Manager via email catalin@aphrodites.group.
We kindly ask that you include your booking number, date of stay and surname that your booking was under.
Please note, pre authorisations are held by the bank for up to 7 days before returning to the customer’s bank account. This stands as a deposit, which will be claimed by Aphrodites Group in the case of room/item damage, missing room items, noise disturbance or any unsociable behaviour during your stay.
